a walk with Grandma Gascoyne

So one of the things about moving to New Hampshire is that we live around all the Gascoynes - I knew it would be good but really Its better then I expected - we love going on walks at Grandmas...either with Grandma or Grandpa!  They live about a 10-15 min drive from us...  So since I dont know alot about the area I know that when we need a walk we usually just go to Grandmas trail.  Its great also cuz we get to see Corrie Kitty...our cat that we brought us is from Scotland.  He is living up there cuz its in the woods, he loves being outside.   Corrie kitty went missing a for a week but thankfully he came back (he did this a few times in Scotland - we was gone last christmas for 2 weeks)  Here is some photos  :)

its beginning to look like fall

First before I start today.....I want to say Happy Birthday to wee Laura our great Scottish friend whom we miss everyday - It was great to talk to you on skype today!  And its Ms. Maya's Birthday also today - Happy 3rd Birthday to Maya...we will have great fun at her party tomorrow!

Ok....so its been nice here, not so bloody Hot!  The nights have been about 14 C (in the 50's) and the days in the 20's C (the 60-70's).  Today currently its rainy and just like Scotland!  The leaves are changing, its becoming very beautiful outside.....I have forgotten all the lovely colours, not just the bright yellows but bright oranges, and reds.  I have missed fall, and glad to be seeing it this year.

This past weekend was Simon's birthday, he worked Friday on his birthday but had Sat and Sunday off.  It was good to have him around for a nice weekend.  We went to Alison's Orchard on Sunday it was a warm day - I think it turned out to be like 83 degrees out...little too warm if you ask me - I am ready for sweatshirt days!  We had a great day with the kids!  Picked apples, had some lunch at the orchard BBQ and the kids enjoyed the swings.

hope you enjoy the photos!  First couple are from our house, then this weekend
